Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Christian Audigier purchase; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to maintain the premium quality of our signature streetwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
